Hyannis Plaza Hotel

Location was great as it was within walking distance to shops, JFK Museum and Hyannis Harbor. Staff was friendly, the room and the hot tub was spacious and the room was clean.

Rooms clean, look recently redone, fridge in room, sink in main area instead of with toilet, closets nice, plenty of space. Nice location between the melody tent and main Street of Hyannis

Staff was very nice and helpful. Easy check in. We stayed in the Plaza Suite with a huge bathroom. Very nice suite. Made me nostalgic for the beach hotels from my childhood from the 1980's. Not cookie cutter and lots of old school character. Had drinks at the bar in the connected Caribbean restaurant and the young lady was great there also. The location on Main Street is great and within a reasonable walking distance to restaurants, bars, the JFK museum and the bus lines. We were in the heart of Hyannis. Now that we know what to expect not being beachfront, we would stay there again. We didn't have a car and didn't need one being close to everything but the beach.

The Princess Room, the handicap accessibility, the location. The prism mirrors in the bath area. We had a very comfortable bed. The 2 staff we engaged with was more than willing to assist us with a big smile.

Everything was very clean and comfortable. The pool was clean and well maintained. The grounds are plain but clean. The staff was very polite & helpful. I would return for another visit. Thank you!
